Bodycam Footage Shows Idaho Murder Victim Kaylee Goncalves Speaking To Cops Months Before Murder

Newly released bodycam footage shows officers talking to one of the Idaho quadruple murder victims, Kaylee Goncalves – three months before they were murdered.

The officers responded to Kaylee Goncalves’ off-campus home over a noise complaint a few weeks before the murder. In the newly released video, 21-year-old Kaylee Goncalves can be seen opening a sliding glass door on the second floor of the King Road house. The officer asked her if she knew the reason why he came over and she politely answered, “I assume noise.” The officer told her that having parties is not bad as long as neighbors are not disturbed.

The cop said that he will give her a “verbal warning” this time instead of issuing a noise ticket worth over $300 for a first violation. He told her that the noise ticket was quite expensive and he rather wants her spend the $300 on beer or something fun. That being said, he said that she will be held responsible for everybody since it is her place. The officer left the house after warning her that if he has to come back, he will surely issue a noise ticket and takes her contact information. She responded and appreciated the police who wished her great rest. He left the home after saying thank you.

A few weeks later, the police reportedly returned to Kaylee Goncalves’ off-campus home twice. They received a report on the night of September 1 and on the morning of September 2. They knocked at 8:45 pm on September 1 and were opened by two unidentified men saying that the owner of the house is not present. On September 2, the cops were back over the same issue and had a chat with Kernodle, one of the quadruple murder victims.

The quadruple murder victims were identified as Madison Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves, 21-year-old best friends, their housemate, Xana Kernodle, 20, and her boyfriend, Ethan Chapin, also 20, who was spending the night over.

Neighbors claimed that the home was known as a party house, and people were constantly coming and going.
