When the affluent and famous come to Houston and want to ride in style, they call the Adikpan brothers. This includes rappers, professional ballers, actors, and CEOs.
“This was a passion project that we started, and we didn’t expect it would go this far,” Edikan Adiakpan said.
The brothers were born in Nigeria, but their family immigrated to the United States when they were small children, settling in The Woodlands.
“My parents decided that migrating here would be the best thing for us to do in order to live a better life. Everyone who comes to the United States hopes to have a better life, which is one of the reasons we came here. Simply experiencing and living the American dream, “According to Edikan.
“I always wanted to do mechanical engineering, but my parents got me into petroleum because that’s what my parents do back home,” Edifon Adiakpan explained.
He has many Luxury cars
And so the brothers went against the family business because of Edikan’s love for people and cars.
“I would always go to the showroom and fantasize. You’re 20 years old, you’re staring out the window, and you’re always staring at these beautiful vehicles,” Edikan sai
Edikan stated, that”Akama means “large” in African and also comes from an old Indian language that means “virtuous,” so it pretty well wraps it up. A moral way of living. We are a concierge agency that specializes in exotic car rentals, sales, and chauffeur and limo services ”
We went to Houston’s Akama garage and saw some of the most costly cars in the area. The many Rolls-Royces, Bentleys, Corvettes, McLarens, limos, and even boats were witnessed by anchor Chauncey Glover. However, he claims that the experience extends beyond automobiles.
Edikan explained that “I have an athlete, I won’t name him, but he’s like, ‘I want a jet, I want this house, I want the chef, I want this exact car,’ and I have to carry everything step by step,”
