Lover’s Spat Or Condescending Threat
Michael from Alvin had his pregnant girlfriend with him who he beat mercilessly at a motel in San Leon. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison for this crime. He will only be eligible for parole after serving at least 5 years jail time. On the 8th of June,2021, Galveston County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a 911 call after they got reports of an assault at a motel located in San Leon. The victim said that her boyfriend, Michael, showed up at the motel and instantly started abusing and beating her.
The couple apparently had a fight the night before this incident took place. Michael, 36, had showed up that day itself, punched her in the head and her face, hit her on her back with a frying pan and held a knife while simultaneously threatening to kill her as he held her down a bed. The victim, the woman, was 6 months pregnant at the time of this gruesome indictment on her own boyfriend.
Michael was finally held and convicted with not just an aggravated assault with a life threatening weapon but also a second degree felony. Crimes like these are getting more common every passing day in America, amongst others. To report against it or to fight it off has become a compulsion, lest you should live in absolute chaos and fright all the time. Michael’s trial has already begun as of the 24th of January. The victim, hi girlfriend, testified against him in the court of law and talked in length about the torture and abuse she has had to tolerate since quite some time now.
Brutal Punishing
Pictures of her injuries and bruises were shown to the court. There were marks on her face, neck and back. The jury, after what seemed like quite an obvious selection based on evidences presented, gave the verdict of guilty against Michael Alegria on Wednesday.
