Police are on the lookout for a wanted El Paso man who is wanted for stealing over $1,700 from a senior citizen‘s bank account, KFOX14 reported.
Wanted El Paso Man Steals Over $1,700
The wanted El Paso man was caught on a surveillance camera at the Wells Fargo bank on 6175 Gateway West, where he made two separate withdrawals from the elderly’s bank account.
The incident happened on February 6 at 11:01 a.m., according to police officials. The suspect is described as a Black male with a large build and average-length hair and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with an image in memory of Josh Barnes. He also has a visible tattoo on his left calf.
The victim, who is from Minnesota, was not present at the time of the withdrawals. The suspect was able to withdraw a total of $1,780 from her account.
Police are urging anyone with information about the suspect’s identity to contact Crime Stoppers of El Paso immediately. The identity of the informer will remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward if their information leads to an arrest.
