Davis, 62, has been arrested and is facing a murder charge. The incident occurred close to Marsh and Briargrove lanes on Misty Meadow Drive’s 3400 block, Dallas Morning News reported.

Dallas Shooting Incident Motive Is Unclear

According to the arrest warrant affidavit, the victim had gone to visit Davis, but after several hours, an argument erupted between the two, leading to the fatal shooting. Davis reportedly told a witness about the incident and fled the scene. He later turned himself into the Fort Worth police, along with a gun. The motive behind the shooting is still unclear.

Bush and Davis divorced in 2017, as per the Collin County court documents. Davis has been transferred to Denton County prison, and his bail has been established at $100,000. It is unknown whether he has an attorney.
