According to the sheriff’s office, Liebrock began moving and rammed his vehicle into the victim. He fled the scene and failed to notify authorities.
The sheriff’s office said Raybrock was found hours after the victim’s body was found. He was arrested, died after leaving the scene of the accident, and was charged with tampering with evidence.
Additional charges may apply, according to WPEC-TV. Toxicology results are reportedly still pending, but investigators believe alcohol was involved.
