After they supposedly met backstage at one of the rapper’s concerts in Stockholm in March and “spent two days together at hotel suite,” the Swedish model was first connected to the musician.
When he first met Yasmine backstage, Stormzy “knew he wanted to spend quality time with her,” reports at the time stated. “Stormzy is bowled over,” they added.
“He has been desperately trying to keep it a secret in the hopes that they can establish a long-lasting relationship. Immediately after catching Yasmine’s attention, he knew she was the one for him.”
On social media, there were rumors that he had been unfaithful to Jama with Smith after news of his split from Maya broke.
In January 2020, he asserted that this was inaccurate in an interview with Hot 97 in New York.

Stormzy revealed that they are only pals and refuted rumors that he was seeing Jorja Smith. Stormzy denied having an extramarital relationship with British singer Jorja Smith while dating Maya Jama.
After X Factor contestant Alexandra Burke shared a cuddly Instagram photo of herself and Stormzy backstage at one of his shows two months later, in March 2020, rumours started to circulate once more.
