As the winter storm pulls out of North Texas, the snowy precipitation that fell throughout the night into Thursday morning has come to an end.
Trees and highways were frozen over as a result of the weather system that produced rain and snow, sleet, and ice.
According to Oncor, power outages, which reached 34,000 overnight, are gradually being restored. The majority of the disruptions are in the Dallas metro region, as well as the surrounding north and northeast counties along the Reed River.

Wind chills might drop to -5 to 5 degrees tonight and into the morning. If you have to be out early on Friday, make sure you’ve dressed appropriately.
