According to local police, a man has been shot in the head to death during a robbery at a Northwest Houston Motel on Monday afternoon.

The incident was reported to take place at the Red Roof Inn, which is situated on Highway 290 near W 43rd. According to Houston police, a suspect robbed then shot somebody in the head at a motel parking area before escaping.
As per the police, the victim was shot to death and was not taken to a nearby hospital right away. The status of the victim remains unknown.
Cops said that they were looking for the suspicious vehicle in the vicinity. There was no other evidence available.
