A shooting took place outside a Dallas Shopping Center on Tuesday evening at around 9 P.M. This resulted in a 19-year-old male and a woman being sent to a hospital. The man died while the woman was reportedly in critical condition, police said.
Police also noted that the area where the shooting happened is near Interstate 30 and Cockrell Hill Road.
The Motive Of The Shooting Was Robbery
WFAA reported that the shopping center where the incident occurred was not identified, but police said it was outside a Party City store. When the Dallas police got there, they found two people shot multiple times. After being taken to the hospital, police identified the 19-year-old man, who died from his injuries, as Juan Carlos Sierra-Garcia Jr.
Police did not, on the other hand, identify the woman. It is believed that the woman and Sierra-Garcia were together as police reported their vehicle was stolen presumably by the same person or people who took their car. The woman was taken to a hospital but is in critical condition, and it is unclear how severe her injuries are.
Police said that the vehicle remains missing, and they have no leads yet regarding the suspects.
