Paramedics swiftly transported her to the WellStar Kennestone Hospital Emergency Room, where, sadly, she was pronounced deceased at the age of 42. A medical examiner determined the cause of her passing as “acute toxicity,” stemming from a combination of painkillers and vodka. Her tragic death was classified as an accident. Hulette was laid to rest at Frankfort Cemetery.
