An Amber Alert was released by the Texas State Department of Public Safety on Sunday about a 13-year-old girl who was reported missing in San Antonio.
Amber Alert Issued for 13-Year-Old Girl:
The police issued an Amber Alert for a 13-year-old girl who they believe was abducted in San Antonio by a teenage boy. Joanna Luna was last seen sporting a dark gray T-shirt, pink and purple slides, and black and pink Nike shorts.
The warning was sent out on Sunday night for Luna, who was last seen in the 11700 block of Spring Dale Drive on August 20 at 2:51 a.m., according to KSAT News. Before Luna’s abduction, the San Antonio Police Department said they were looking for a U-Haul vehicle with an Arizona license plate. According to authorities, the U-Haul truck is no longer a suspicious vehicle.
Richard “Xavier” Rodriguez, 17, has been named as the kidnapping suspect.
In the past, authorities have said that Luna is in “grave or immediate danger.”
