If you were at the park and spotted anything, regardless of why you were there, please contact us. We’re focused on what happened to Tyler and who might be held accountable.”
Detective Howie noted that Mr. Donnelly’s family and friends were distraught after learning the awful news. They are receiving assistance from specialized officials, and our sympathies are with them during this difficult time. Nobody has been detained yet, and the police will conduct a post-mortem examination later.
