Macomb, Michigan: An inmate who is serving about 44 years might stay longer which could amount to a life sentence. The prison bosses discovered that he killed his cellmate and attack another while at breakfast, reported Fox2.
The accused is Michael Ketchum, 44, who got charged due to slaying his cellmate on Oct 18 this year. Based on the County Prosecutor said that another incident involving Ketchum having breakfast at the county Correctional facility. Cellmate slaughtered then hidden
Details shared by the prison authorities disclosed the inmate of Ketchum was knifed about eight times to the head and neck but will survive the deadly assault.
When the officials were looking in his cell; the cellmate got tied up, strangled, and stabbed till he was dead with the body hidden under the bed.
According to Macomb County Prosecutor Peter J. Lucido who said the man was severely disturbed because mental health is not a priority for the court system.
Due to the severity of what the inmate has done; Ketchum is charged with first-degree murder and no parole offense, attacked with intent to kill, life offense, owning a deadly weapon, and a five-year felony.

Even before the two horrible incidents involving fellow prisoners with 44 to 70-year sentences, plus 60 more years; other crimes are kidnapping, a meth lab, with more to add.
Statements from a state correction source say the deceased cellmate is a 28-year-old with a 3 to 20 year prison sentence, who was qualified for parole. The victim was in for armed robbery, attacking a prison employee, with a firearms charge.
The killing is the second time that it happened in the penitentiary; it was Elrick Cooper, 55, who slew another last May. Ketchum was placed inside a higher security prison.
