Donald Trump’s Lawsuit Against Letitia James Gets Rejected by Federal Judge
The ex-U.S. President and his set of lawyers filed a legal lawsuit against Ms. James to stop her from obtaining some of the private documents belonging to Trump.
As per reliable sources, the New York Attorney has apparently got her hands on some confidential documents pertaining to Donald J Trump Revocable Trust. This was used by the former President to hold all the companies which were under him when he was elected in 2017.
But after thorough investigations, it was found that Trump has been conducting fraudulent activities on the pretext of this revocable trust.
When Letitia James and her team of administrators claimed that they have obtained certain documents providing the fraud, Trump filed a lawsuit against her.
But everything went in vain when Judge Donald Middlebrooks denied this lawsuit and warned Trump to stay away from this investigation.
He further blamed the Former President for interfering with the New York Attorney’s work and trying to tell her what to do.
Donald Trump’s Offensive Twitter Post
In his Twitter post, Trump used offensive language against Attorney James. He stated that she has no right to obtain and release his personal documents.
He further said that it is not the New York State administration’s business to gain insights into his real estate plans and illegally procure his documents.
He also accused James of trying to ruin his reputation. Through the Twitter post, Donald Trump also blamed the Attorney for harassing his family members, businesses, and millions of followers.
Trump has stated that he sued the New York Attorney as a measure to fight against the growing instances of illegal prosecution in the country.
