The Fort Worth Police Department is currently investigating a triple homicide case after finding mutilated bodies of a child and two adults inside a burning dumpster.
On Wednesday around 6.15 a.m., Fort Worth Fire Department officers found the remains after they responded to a dumpster fire just outside of a business on Bonnie Drive. After putting out the fire, three bodies were discovered inside the garbage bin. The police were immediately called to the scene.
The bodies looked like of a child, a teenager or adult female, and an adult male, according to the Fort Worth Police Department. All three bodies were burned and severely dismembered with some of their body parts unaccounted for.
The police eventually identified the male victim, David Lueras, 42, who was known to visit the Dallas area numerous times and had ties to the Hurst, Euless, and Bedford areas, NBCDFW reported.
The two other bodies are still unidentified since their condition when they were discovered made it difficult to identify them.
“Identifying the perpetrators and suspects of this triple murder is the primary goal of this investigation. The Fort Worth Police Department’s Homicide Unit is requesting public assistance in this investigation,” the police said in a statement.
Police officials are looking for any information about missing persons or persons fitting the description of the victims.
