The FBI Raided Apartments in South Dallas Controlled by Drug Gangs Where no one lived, According to the Department of Justice

According to court records released Friday, the major FBI crackdown in South Dallas on Thursday targeted two neighboring apartment complexes that were entirely controlled by drug dealers and were areas where no one actually lived.

Over 400 FBI agents, Dallas police officers, and other law enforcement officers raided the area early Thursday morning, arresting at least ten people.

In August 2019, the FBI and Dallas Police Department began investigating the Park Row Posse, a drug-dealing organization that operated for years in the Park Row neighborhood of South Dallas.

The investigation eventually narrowed down to two apartment complexes at 2625 Meyers Street and 2627 Meyers Street.

Apartment apartments were used as “traps,” with each trap selling a different sort of drugs, such as cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine, according to the indictment of multiple accused.

  • Sataurus Joe Jackson, commonly known as “Slicc,” has been charged with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with the purpose to distribute it
  • Ardairus DeQuall Vatin, alias “Dec,” has been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled drug and possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine.
  • Antuan Fulce, also known as “Fatboy” or “Big Homie,” has been charged with conspiracy to possess with purpose to distribute a prohibited drug and possessing with intent to distribute cocaine base.
  • Daymion Savannah-Womack, also known as “Boulevard,” has been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
  • Terry Lee Hicks has been charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a prohibited substance and possessing with intent to distribute cocaine base.
  • Exie Denise Alexander is accused of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance and possession with intent to distribute cocaine base.
  • Aretha Lashun Minter, aka “Shun,” has been charged with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with the purpose to distribute it.
