Bison Attack: Ohio Woman gored and tossed 10 feet into the air by bison at Yellowstone

The 25-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, suffered puncture wound and other injuries

Park emergency medical providers responded and the woman was taken to  Regional Medical Center by ambulance

Park officials are reminding visitors to keep back more than 25 yards from large animals such as bison, elk, bighorn sheep, deer

Two other individuals on Monday were also within 25 yards of the bison that gored the woman but were uninjured

The incident remains under investigation, according to the National Park Service
