Accident in Florida: A woman was killed and two children injured in a parasailing accident 

Report states boat captain cut line connecting parasail to boat when winds picked up

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the U.S. Coast Guard are investigating the parasailing crash

Strong winds threw the three relatives into a bridge Monday around 5:30 p.m., according to reports

"Severe weather is a factor with this boating accident," read an incident report from the FWC
