GILLESPIE COUNTY – Two 28-year-olds were arrested in Gillespie County after law enforcement found them both to be in possession of Methamphetamine along with two other violations, according to GCSO.
The arrest happened during a traffic stop on Monday, March 11 at approximately 2:45 p.m. in the 100 block of Goehmann Lane.
The officers on the scene found the driver, from Fredericksburg, to be in possession of 7.12 grams of Methamphetamine, a second-degree felony, as well as Driving While License Invalid, and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.
The passenger of the vehicle, who is said to be from Somerset was also arrested for possession of 3.88 grams of Methamphetamine.
The two individuals were transported to the Gillespie County Jail.
