KERRVILLE, Texas (TexasBreaking.com) — A trip the local pizza restaurant came with an unexpected surprise, according to a Kerrville mother who took her 4-year-old child to eat at the Little Caesars restaurant in Kerrville, Texas.
On December 30, 2018, Lauryn Bagwell found a razor blade inside of a supreme pizza, according to a Facebook post from that date.
She immediately complained to the restaurant, who offered her credit back for her order, plus two free pizzas, but who wants free pizzas after an experience like that?
Lauryn called the corporate number to Little Caesars to make a complaint, but says that she still has not been contacted.
“I’ve been told by several people to contact a lawyer,” said Lauryn. “I’m not sure that would do any good since nobody was hurt, but very well could have been. That’s my issue. My four year old was in danger and thankfully dodged a bullet. In this case, a razor.”
Lauryn says she isn’t looking for anything monetary from the pizza company. She wants to raise awareness so someone isn’t hurt in the future.
She said that if someone did plant the razor blade to be malicious, she wants them discovered.
“This could have easily gone down my daughter’s throat and cut her to pieces,” said Lauryn. “At that point we’d be dealing with a very different attitude from this mama bear.”
Texas Breaking News reached out to Little Caesars in Kerrville for a statement concerning this incident on Friday, January 4, 2019, but has yet to hear back.
