KPD has issued a press release involving this case, regarding two cases of alleged indecent exposure in Kerrville. According to KPD, Ronald Dwayne Vick was charged with two Class B misdemeanor counts of Indecent Exposure on May 24th, 2018.
KPD says that they completed a month long investigation, into two seperate incidents. According to KPD, the first offense occurred on April 14th, on the 500 block of Sidney Baker in Kerrville. The second they say, occurred on May 19th in the same location involving a different victim.
Warrants for Vick’s arrest were signed by Kerr County Precinct 1, Justice of the Peace, Mitzi French.

Jail records show that a man with the name of Ronald Vick was arrested on Thursday with two charges, each listed as Indecent Exposure. The bonds were both set at $5,000 each for a bond totaling $10,000.
The records show the first offense date as April 14th, 2018 and the second offense date as May 19th, 2018, with KPD as the arresting agency.
In Texas, indecent exposure laws classify the crime as a “Class B” misdemeanor. This charge typically faces a penalty of not more than 180 days in a county jail and/or a fine of no more than $2,000. The sentence imposed will be at the discretion of the judge and will depend upon the circumstances of each defendant and the nature of the offense, if the defendant is found guilty.
Records show that Vick was released today, and has no past records in the Kerr County Court Records database.
