Suspect arrested in connection to College Station homicide

UPDATE (01/08/19)- Terry Ratliff, the suspect in the homicide of Theia Flakes of College Station, has been arrested in Midland County, updated the College Station Police Department.

“Thank you to everyone who has assisted with this investigation,” wrote CSPD.

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (Texasbreaking.com)- College Station Police Officers responded to a call at The Oasis Apartments in reference to an unconscious person. After arriving on the scene, officers determined that a deceased female, identified as Theia Flakes, 39, was inside of an apartment.

The incident happened around 4:30 p.m. on January 7. Detectives are reportedly searching for a suspect that was identified as Terry Ratliff, 54, wrote the College Station Police Department in a Facebook post.

Ratliff is said to be associated with a silver Chevrolet Impala with the license plate number JKR-4122.
