Texas’ 10 Most Wanted List Now Includes Murder Suspect and Sex Offender

Texas law enforcement has added Ladonia murder suspect Justin Marquiwis Cuba to the Texas 10 Most Wanted List. Right now, Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $7,500 for information leading to the arrest of Cuba.

Justin Cuba has a criminal record

Police describe Cuba as being 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds. He has tattoos on his neck, chest.

Kxii.com reports, Ladonia Police responded to a shots-fired call on Aug 3, 2021, near the Texoma Housing Authority Complex. Police found 48-year-old JC Campbell dead from multiple gunshot wounds. Along with Cuba, his accomplice, Carmen Taylor, Cuba was added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted List.

Campbell was sitting on his pickup truck’s tailgate when Cuba approached him. Cuba was previously convicted of delivering a controlled substance, four grams of cocaine, in 2011. He was then sentenced to 10 years in prison. Then in 2020, Cuba was arrested for robbery after being released on parole in 2019. Cuba was set to appear in court on Aug 6, but just days later, he murdered Campbell and has been on the run. Warrants have been issued for Cuba’s arrest for failing to appear in court.

Police have brought in the Texas Rangers to hunt for Cuba but have yet to find no trace of him.

Sex offender also added to Texas Most Wanted List

Cory Reed was added to the Texas Most Wanted Sex Offenders List and is now wanted after failing to register as a sex offender. 

Reed was convicted in 2010 on multiple counts of sexual assault of a child. In 2012, he was sentenced to eight years in prison. In 2011, Reed was convicted of failing to comply with a sex offender’s duty to register. He was eventually released in March 2019.

Texas Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of both of these men.
