Burglary and crime spree, police are asking for your help locating four suspects



ODESSA – Monday, March 4th, around 5:51 a.m., Odessa Police received a call to respond to a burglary alarm call at 5100 N. Dixie Blvd at the Smokers Outlet. Upon arrival, police stated that officers discovered the front door to the store was unsecured.

Store employees conducted an inventory of the merchandise of the store and found that several items were missing, resulting in a loss of $303.25, over 100 cartons of cigarettes were taken from the store during the robbery, according to reports.

Officials state video footage from the shop shows what appears to be four black males involved in the robbery. It was said that all four individuals wore ski masks to hide their identities.

Later that morning, officers reportedly received another call to 51st and Clover for a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian. The car involved in the incident was said to be a white Chevy Impala.

According to police, independent witnesses spotted four suspects fleeing the scene on foot.

The victim was taken to Medical Center Hospital for treatment for serious injuries. On Tuesday, May 14th, the victim succumbed to the injuries received in the accident and was pronounced dead.
