KCSO arrests man with ‘sawed-off shotgun’ and ‘multiple narcotics’ at Flagstaff Inn

KERRVILLE – The Kerr County Sheriff’s Office conducted a narcotics operation on March 6, 2019, at the Flagstaff Inn in Kerrville.



Justin Jaloway, 38, of San Antonio was arrested on multiple charges after the sheriff’s office says they found multiple illegal substances in Jaloway’s possession.

According to a press release from Kerr County Sheriff, W.R. Rusty Hierholzer, Jaloway was delivering multiple narcotics, including methamphetamine, cocaine, Xanax and synthetic marijuana.



“Jaloway was armed with short barrel firearm (sawed-off shotgun) during the commission of the offense,” said the press release.

Jaloway now faces several charges, according to Kerr County jail records, which are listed below with their bonds. . .

PROHIBITED WEAPON – $10,000 BOND – 3RD DEGREE FELONY



MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=1G-4G – $20,000 BOND – 2ND DEGREE FELONY

MAN DEL CS PG 3/4 <28G – $5,000 BOND – STATE JAIL FELONY

MAN DEL CS PG 1 <1G – $5,000 BOND – STATE JAIL FELONY

MAN DEL CS PG 2 OR 2-A <1G – $5,000 BOND – STATE JAIL FELONY

The Kerr County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations conducted the operation.
