“I have been in contact with the person responsible for him. She assured me she is taking steps in conjunction with Adult Protective Services to get him some help.”

BANDERA, Texas (TexasBreaking.com)- The Bandera community is advised to be on the lookout for an elderly man accused of watching girls with binoculars at local parks, according to the Bandera Marshal’s Office.

The man is said to occasionally drive a 2012-2013 cream colored 4-door Chevrolet pickup.

He has reportedly been seen using binoculars to watch girls in the parking lot of the Boys and Girls Club, and the City Park or the Skate Park.

“We do not know exactly what is wrong with him but he started this about a year ago, we criminally trespassed him from the park and the Boys and girls Club and he stopped,” said the Bandera Marshal’s Office. “Now he has started showing up again.”

Anyone who sees him parked and behaving suspiciously or watching anyone with binoculars is asked to call dispatch at 830-796-3771.
