Suspected Beech Street shooter arrested and charged with Deadly Conduct by Discharging Firearm

KERRVILLE, Texas (TexasBreaking.com) – Kerrville residents reported hearing gunfire at the 500 block of Beech Street Monday night, and Kerrville Police have arrested and charged the individual who they say is responsible for it.



Joshua Leslie Cade, 43, was arrested on January 31, 2019, from an arrest warrant issued by Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 Judge Hoyne.

According to the Kerrville Police Department, the firearm used in the Monday night shooting was located and seized as evidence.

“Cade was charged with Deadly Conduct which is a 3rd Degree Felony and a $50,000 bond was assessed,” said a media release from the Kerrville Police Department.



“A 3rd Degree Felony is punishable by imprisonment of not more than 10 years or no less than 2years and a fine not to exceed $10,000.”
