Kerrville woman charged with DWI, three kids in the vehicle

KERRVILLE, Texas (TexasBreaking.com) – A Kerrville woman was pulled over by the Kerrville Police Department (KPD) and charged with Driving While Intoxicated with child passenger under 15 years of age on Friday, January 4, 2019.

According to police, KPD initiated the traffic stop on a black Dodge Journey at the 600 block of Harper Rd for having an expired registration, when a driver, identified as Kashma Denee Joseph, 30, was arrested for having an active warrant for Driving While License Invalid-enhanced.

According to KPD Officer Juan Trevizo, Joseph displayed signs of intoxication. “Joseph’s intoxilyzer results were above the allowed blood alcohol content.”

Sadly, Joseph also had her three underage children in the vehicle while she was driving intoxicated, according to police.

Joseph was also charged again with Driving While License Invalid-enhanced, on top of the DWI with child passenger under 15 years of age.

Jail records show that Joseph posted a $3,000 combined bond and was released on Saturday, January 5, 2019.
