New updates on the worst yard in town

Previous reports have come in about a local citizen and his family being arrested on two separate occasions for an “unsanitary yard” as well as “illegal storage of combustibles”.

A reporter has contacted KPD, as well as, the Kerrville Code Compliance Center to get to the bottom of the justification of these arrests and fines. We were referred to look at the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 86. Citizens are encouraged to read the ordinances by visiting the link below.

It is important to follow laws if you reside in the city limits to avoid receiving any fines or arrests.
