In A Domestic Violence Incident Shooting In Katy, Two Ladies Were Wounded And Two Men Were Killed
Authorities from Harris County Sheriff’s Office rushed to a very horrific situation at a Katy residence, where they discovered two women injured and two males killed in a domestic dispute assault, according to the sheriff’s office.
The details of the incident
This occurred in the 24900 block of Acadia Park Circle around 9:45 p.m. on Friday.
After a neighbor contacted 911, two patrolling officers were among the first to respond to situations.
As soon as the deputies arrived, they discovered a woman in her 60s who had been shot in the chest. Lt. Paul Bruce of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office claimed the two officers had to haul her to rescue.
Authorities said a lady in her mid-80s stepped out of the house soon afterward with a gunshot to the back of her head.
Both women were brought to local hospitals and are expected to make a full recovery.
SWAT and a Hostage Negotiation Team were dispatched to the area, and after several hours of waiting, they were able to gain access to the house, where they discovered two males who had been shot to death.
The Bottom Line
As per the officer, the couple’s older son shot his grandmother and mother and trapped himself within the house prior to actually attempting to murder himself.
This investigation is ongoing. The victims’ identities have not yet been revealed.
