Trump is ‘One Step’ Closer to Indictment, Says Glenn Kirschner

Glenn Kirschner, a former federal prosecutor and legal expert for NBC News and MSNBC, claimed that the DOJ is getting closer to indicting Trump. Kirschner discussed the most recent action taken by the DOJ against Trump in a video that was uploaded to YouTube on Friday by left-wing political journalist Brian Tyler Cohen.

Many people saw the DOJ’s decision as a significant setback for Trump in his bid to avoid legal trouble. Kirschner is a vocal opponent of Trump who frequently updates his audience on the various legal conflicts he is now involved in. Kirschner discussed this development in his interview with Cohen and expressed optimism that Trump will be charged shortly.

Trump can’t obtain immunity, according to Kirschner, because he didn’t behave like a president. He was promoting and encouraging  violence

On Thursday, the DOJ rejected Trump’s request for immunity from the numerous legal lawsuits being filed against him as a result of his involvement in the Capitol riot.

According to political analysts, even if most of the criminal charges against Trump were to be proven true, they would not prevent him from running for public office. But a conviction for instigating an uprising would bar him from running for president.

Trump Released  ‘Justice for All’  Song

On Friday, “Justice for All,” a song by Donald J. Trump and the J6 Prison Choir, was released by the former US president. The song, which was inspired by the Capitol riot on January 6, is now accessible via streaming services.

Through an LLC, the song’s earnings must be donated to the families of individuals who are serving time in prison for their involvement in the riot. The families of individuals who assaulted a police officer won’t receive any of the money, though.
