  • met the income requirements of not exceeding $43,900 for individuals and $62,700 for families of four
  • applicants must either be 62 years or older, have a disability, have children in the household under the age of 18 during 2022, or not have a permanent shelter, and;
  • provide documentation that they are receiving services from a city-recognized homelessness services agency.
