A construction worker was killed on Monday when he was backed over by a construction vehicle at the Dreyer’s/Edy’s Ice Cream plant in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

According to Fort Wayne police, the man was talking on his cell phone and unaware of the approaching vehicle. The accident occurred shortly before noon at the plant located on Fort Wayne’s north side. According to US News, the name of the man was not yet released.
