Ferguson allegedly used a fake name and lied about being married. Investigators say he told Kelley his name was Kevin. Kelley had just recently found out that the man she’d been dating, whom she called “Kevin,” was actually a married man and his real name is Ocastor Ferguson. She told her friends she was going to blackmail him.
Ferguson was arrested Saturday and charged with kidnapping and arson charges from the Frisco Fire Marshall’s Office. He remained in custody with a bail set at $1 million. It was not determined if Ferguson has an attorney.
