We’re also trying to reach out to Howdy Bagels. Carter and Blagovich founded Howdy Bagel in 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. They both faced layoffs. “Jake Carter and his partner, Daniel Blagovich, were attracted together by food and cooking and wanted to give back to the community.
