Bruce Willis’ Heart-Wrenching Condition After Dementia Diagnosis

Bruce Willis stepped out in Santa Monica on Thursday, the retired actor being spotted for the first time since his family confirmed last month that he had been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD).

The Hollywood veteran, who is now 67 years old and began to struggle with aphasia, which caused a decrease in his linguistic skills, decided to cease doing live shows last year.

In a statement that they released on the 16th of February, his family acknowledged that his condition had progressed to dementia. Willis wore a blue sweater, black joggers, and a wool hat as he went out for coffee with two of his friends.

Only weeks before his Alzheimer’s diagnosis was made public, the elderly celebrity was last spotted in public when he left his Los Angeles home for lunch with pals in late January. The lobes of the brain that control behavior, problem-solving, planning, and emotions are affected by FTD, and symptoms include personality changes, compulsive behavior, and difficulty speaking.

Bruce Willis’ Wife Shares Husband’s Situation

In a few short weeks after it was made public that Bruce Willis suffers from frontotemporal dementia, his wife Emma Heming shared a moving video of her husband with the internet.

Emma, 44, posted a vintage video of Bruce reading from a magazine to her Instagram Story. The Die Hard actor sings accolades for his wife of almost 14 years while wearing a white T-shirt and a black puffer jacket in the brief video.

Earlier this week, Emma offered a disturbing update on how she is coping with the news that Bruce has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.

The actor’s 34-year-old daughter Rumer, who he had with his ex-wife Demi Moore, posted the tragic news on Instagram. The article described how Bruce’s health had regrettably become untreatable and had worsened.
