Kanye West Was Tracked Down After His L.A. Ranch Made An Abandoned Mess

Kanye West has after what feels like a million years, settled his divorce with Kim Kardashian but apparently, legal problems are not going to be resolved any time soon. The rapper and businessman has been battling with problems in court for various reasons. The real question is what is the reason behind him being stuck up this time?

Prodigal Pursuits

The performer, whose legal name is now apparently just Ye, was hit with a $250 million lawsuit from the family of George Floyd back in October 2022. The suit, which as a matter of fact roped in conservative pundit Candace Owens , was filed after Ye made peculiarly false statements about Floyd’s death while appearing on a podcast. The Grammy winner is involved in a battery investigation after reportedly throwing a person’s phone after a heated encounter, which by the way his ex is not utterly interested in discussing. He’s also lost his partnership with Adidas due to anti-semitic remarks.

Lawyers at Greenberg Traurig LLP law firm finally hunted down Kanye West in an attempt to dissolve their relationship with him. In order to cut all and every tie, they had to serve him legal papers, though West apparently evaded their attempts for months. The legal team even thought of putting out an ad in all Los Angeles newspapers in order to get his attention. After what seemed like an eternity, they located him earlier this year and, on January 27, he was formally served and it said:

The address at which Ye was personally served is not one that is publicly affiliated with Ye or his businesses, but one that Ye nonetheless frequents. The location also appears to be primarily used by persons and entities not affiliated with Ye or his businesses.

Californian Shackles

Kanye West’s massively magnificent ranch in Los Angeles is just one of the many properties that he owns as of now. The location, which cost the Yeezy founder a total of $2.2 million, is now littered with literal trash, and the walls that once guarded the place have been replaced with wire fences to even begin with. There is also reportedly a barbecue smoker on the lot, and a 4×4 tank has been spotted on the premises as well.

Before it was abandoned in its entirety, the site served as the headquarters for Ye’s Sunday Service which was extremely unpopular and was also used for all and every work regarding his highly criticized school, Donda Academy. (That controversial institution, which remains unaccredited, is still operating in Simi Valley, California)

It’s just as fair to say that Ye is currently dealing with some situations that one could put under the category of being messy and unpleasant. As West continues to engage in his newfound marital bliss, the public will be excruciatingly watching all of Ye’s moves in order to see how he navigates his entire legal issue and whether he takes action on that L.A. property or not.
