Rio Grande Valley, West Texas, Northeast Texas fugitives included to Texas 10 Most Wanted List

Rogelio Salinas, Salomon Marquez, and Shacory Pryor have all been placed by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders List.

Crime Stoppers is now offering a monetary reward of up to $3,000 for information that results in each of their arrests. Every tip is assured to be kept confidential.

Since August 2020, when the United States Marshals Service issued a warrant for his arrest for violating his probation, Rogelio Salinas, 32, of La Grulla, has been on the run. In September 2021, the Starr County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants for Salinas’ arrest for failure to register as a sex offender and making a terrorist threat.

Salinas

Following an incident with a 13-year-old girl, Salinas was found guilty of indecency with a child through exposure in 2010. He was subsequently given a three-year prison term. He was found guilty of operating a vehicle while drunk with a kid under the age of 15 in 2016. He was found guilty of importing illegal aliens the next year and sentenced to 30 months in federal prison followed by 36 months of supervised release. In February 2020, Salinas was freed from federal imprisonment.

Salinas is around 195 pounds and 5 feet 7 inches tall. On his neck, both arms, left wrist, left hand, and one ear, he has tattoos. View Salinas’ wanted poster for extra information or updates in the event of his capture.

Marquez

Salomon Olivas Marquez, 59, of Odessa, has been on the run since the Ector County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for him in March 2022 due to his refusal to register as a sex offender after receiving a prior conviction.

After an incident involving a six-year-old girl, Marquez was found guilty of aggravated sexual abuse of a child in 2002. He was subsequently given a five-year prison term. He was found guilty of violating the sex offender registration requirements in 2010 and given a three-year prison term as well as a three-year probationary period.

Marquez is 195 pounds and stands at 5 feet 9 inches. His arms are covered in tattoos. He has connections to Midland as well as Odessa. View Marquez’s wanted poster for further details or updates in the event of his capture.

Pryor

Since March 2021, when the Smith County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest for marijuana possession, Shacory Lee Pryor, 43, of Overton, has been on the run. Additionally, since December 2021, the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office has issued warrants for his arrest for two counts of marijuana possession, two counts of resisting arrest, two counts of tampering with physical evidence, and failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

After a 12-year-old girl got involved, Pryor was found guilty of aggravated sexual abuse of a child in 2002. He was subsequently given a 12-year prison term. He was found guilty of breaking into a home in 2016 and given a four-year prison term.

Pryor is 180 pounds and stands at 6 feet tall. His chest, abdomen, right shoulder, both arms, and both legs all have tattoos. He is connected to Dallas and Kilgore as well as Overton. View Pryor’s wanted poster for further details or updates in the event of his capture.

Texas 10 Most Wanted

The Texas Department of Public Safety recognizes certain fugitives and wanted sex offenders who represent the greatest threat to public safety in the state in collaboration with the Office of the Governor and the Texas Crime Stoppers program. 

A monetary reward of the amount stated for each person is available to those who submit the information that results in the capture of one of these wanted criminals or sex offenders.

Every month, one fugitive or one sex offender will be highlighted as “Featured,” at which time the reward for information resulting in an arrest will rise.
