The accused murderer, Scott Petersons, tried to sue for a new trial but was rejected by a California judge. One of the points raised by the convicted killer is there was bias during the trial; he wants to contest the judgment, reported Crimeonline.

His counsels brought it to attention how one of the chosen jurors was not telling the truth about herself; a few details in the jury questionnaire were falsified.
Judge Massullo in a 55-page order for the release of the convicted killer that was released on Tuesday noted an outlet.
The document said that Juror No.7’s answer had no bias from the start; it was a pure misunderstanding of the question and not knowing the matter at hand.
