Love Spray was filmed in the Lillette District of Squamish, British Columbia, Canada. The first entry started in the third week of March 2022 and ended in April 2022. The Squamish-Lillooet district has four municipalities: Squamish, Lillooet, Pemberton, and Whistler. This stunning area, which lies in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, served as a critical shooting location for the movie.

Love Splash is Hallmark’s latest summer rom-com, and the team has some seriously fantastic footage. According to filmmaker Heather Hawthorne-Doyle’s Instagram post, a unique clip (embedded below) was filmed in the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District of British Columbia. The “MOUNTAIN WOMAN” restaurant is located in the local district on Britannia Beach. Given that Hallmark’s synopsis is set in the “Pacific Northwest,” you can tell the movie was shot there. The movie centres on a PhD student who wants more information about the local whales. The Squamish-Lilute Regional Division of British Columbia consists of four parishes: Lilluette, Pemberton, Whistler and Squamish.
You know Whistler well because it was the site of the 2010 Olympics. This part of Canada is simply outstanding! Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, the county had stunning photos Dolan-Doyle shared on social media. According to her Instagram profile, she spent a lot of time scouting for filming locations and really enjoyed the experience. At the start of filming, she shared the shooting location on Instagram. Hawthorne Doyle is best known for films such as Romance to Rescue and two Godwink Christmas films. She continued working on the film earlier this month, and she remixed some of the audio files for the feature and shared them in the post below.

The storyline of A splash of love
Chloe is halfway through her PhD program in Marine Mammal Science at one of Miami’s top universities. She spends many hours in the lab, but her 0favourite activity is on the water with the majestic creatures. But given her competitive landscape, she doesn’t get that opportunity as often as she would like. At the top of her class, she plans to apply for a coveted scholarship to fund the last two years of her doctorate.
Dr Andrea Ware’s mentor Chloe encourages him to go beyond her local waters. Dr Ware convinces her to expand her whale studies in the Pacific Northwest, where she will gain more experience in the field and hopefully gain the confidence to apply for the scholarship. While she’s there, Chloe meets a whale-watching guide, and they soon find themselves tying up more than just killer whales.
