On Father’s Day, Where Can Dads Receive Free Beer and Food in San Antonio?

Father’s Day is approaching on June 20, so it’s time to start serious about telling dad how much you care. There are last-minute presents, but these bargains arrive precisely on time. Here are some local establishments that have specials for fathers on their special day.

Flying Saucer Free Pints

At Flying Saucer, you can treat your father to a complimentary pint of beer and reduced drafts. Pair your Father’s Day beers with Honey-Dipped Chicken, and stay for the Brooklyn Golf bag drawing. To qualify for a raffle ticket and entrance into the drawing, you must purchase a Brooklyn brew between now and June 20. The pint deal will be available at Flying Saucer from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Pluckers

On Father’s Day, all San Antonio Plucker’s locations will offer dads with a Plucker’s membership a free dine-in meal worth up to $16.

With the purchase of an entree, Dads receive a complimentary drink. Buckets of domestic beers are also available for $15. This will take place on Father’s Day from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. at The Lion and Rose.

Father’s Day Pop-up

On Saturday, June 19, Plantaqueria & Tartes will host a Father’s Day pop-up. Mini tacos and mushroom tripe will be available for purchase. The best-dressed father receives a Plantaqueria & Tartes gift card. El Ojo will host the event from 12 to 5 p.m.

A Pizza Party for Father’s Day

At this session, children can work with their father to produce pizza dough, calzones, and desserts. Tickets range from $25 to $50 for fathers with no more than two children.
